Holy moly guacamole! You can do this! We all can. We can do it! We can do it! You've gotta hear it in your head over and over and over. I'm a major stress eater... MAJOR. In my classroom, I have candy for weekly prize for table points, or if a student has an outstanding answer, uses a BIG word (for a 3rd grader), etc... So, when I'm stressed, I go for the candy. Well, several weeks ago I said, "Karen, you've got to get your life under control." Thus, I restarted my healthy living plan. It has been HARD when I'm particularly stressed to not reach into the candy box. The teachers' lounge always has some sort of goodie. Yesterday was a platter full of banana bread (mmmmm....), and the week before spring break was cookies and brownies. But, I walk by those things saying to myself, sometimes out loud mind you when I REALLY wanna grab one of those things, "I can do this. I can do this. I can do this."
If you need a lung transplant, that's serious stuff. You've GOT to do this... but first, you need to believe that you can do this. You CAN do this!

How to Set Fatsecret to Calculate PointsPlus (Weight Watchers)?
I just joined WW 1 1/2 weeks ago, but have been on FS for a while on other programs. My understanding from past discussions is that FS used to do points for WW, but changed it sometime this last year. I wish it did so too.

Adding new food & keeping it private until ready to go public
Find the section called My Toolbox on your opening FS page. Click on My Account and there is a button where you can share your journal, etc. with others or to keep it private. By making it private, I think it should make your food journal private.
