Question for GYM RATS
I work out 6 days of the week. 3 days lifting 3 days cardio. I have been keeping up with the p90x weight training and its working out really well for me. As for cardio sometimes I do the p90x workouts, but most of the time I go running or use the elliptical or take a kick boxing class just to change it up a bit. It has worked out very well for me.

I lift 8 lb weights which is nothing too much and have gotten amazing results. I am nice and toned and love it ! Smile

Kenpo X: So happy I cried.
Kenpo X is one of my absolute FAVORITE workouts ! I love it so much. Keep that attitude and it will get you far !

Plyo is my favorite p90x workout. Although it was initially very difficult, I am much stronger now and able to make it through the entire hour workout. I feel amazing when I finish it! Definitely do plyo to burn fat, but as evamartin commented before me, make sure you change things up because your body will get used to doing the workouts and they will no longer be effective!

I know if I assert too much control I start eating things in large amounts. I start binging and thats bad. Once I stopped being oh so precise, I noticed that I had stopped binging every once in a while.
