I started my big to little adventure in 2000 weighing in at a whopping 327 pounds. Around 2003 I ended up being around 180 pounds. Then of course I put a little weight back on and as of January 2010 I changed my lifestyle again. For me that is what it takes I'm not the person that can eat whatever whenever, It's a lifestyle. As of January 2010 I had a starting weight of 237 pounds and as of today I'm setting at a comfortable 177 pounds. Ultimately I want to be between 170-165.
