need advice on losing baby weight mostly in midsection. :(
i'm 21 years old, i had my son a little over a year ago. i've always been a bigger girl, but after having him i've just let myself go. i have so much flab on my belly.
i've been doing cardio about 5 times a week (30 min) and recently starting doing a bit of strength training. i watch my calories (1530) is my limit. any mothers out there with some miracle system?!
please let me know what helped you!

CALORIE COUNTERS VS. PORTION WATCHERS? OR BOTH?

I have been counting calories for the month of January and I am down 8 pounds. I think portion control is the key but knowing when your portions are over via the calorie count is important. Also lots of water!! Good luck!!
thanks! i've been dieting for ten days now, and i've lost around 8-9 lbs (scale isn't digital, so give or take) which i'm sure some of that is a mixture of water weight, and also a little bit of fat. i know it's a long journey still to go, but i've never felt better about myself! good luck to you, too!

CALORIE COUNTERS VS. PORTION WATCHERS? OR BOTH?
i've been doing a lot of google research since starting my diet, guilty me.. and i read lots of information where some say "COUNT CALORIES!!" and some just say, eat whatever, watch your portions.. for me it's easier to count calories. i like to know when i'm in my zone, and when i'm nearing the end of my intake limit. what about the rest of you?

CERTAIN DAYS DON'T FEEL HUNGRY, force myself?
hello! just a quick question. since starting my diet two weeks ago, and stomach shrinking (i would assume) there's just some days where i'm not too hungry. i'll eat a couple healthy things like apples, bananas, nuts, or something little.. but i just don't feel the need to force myself. are a few days like this ok? any advice? thanks!
