I just recently had a baby (3 months ago) and I am trying to shed the baby weight. Before I got pregnant I weighed 117 and my ending weight before our little bundle of joy came was 180 (I know, holy cow!!). It has been three months and I now weigh in at 147. It is very depressing for me because I have never weighed this much in my life. My doctor told me it will gradually come off I just need to give it time and eat right. I have never had a problem eating healthy or even exercising so it is frustrating to me that the weight is not coming off faster with how extreme my diet has changed since I was pregnant (all i craved was fatty foods and lots and lots of cheese - mostly shells and cheese with peas. my husband will not longer eat shells and cheese because of it! now all i crave are fruits and veggies which is how i use to be.) I joined this site hoping to gain advice and motivation. My overall goal is to get back to my pre-baby weight by July 10th because of a wedding my husband and I are attending. I want to fit into a cute dress I have sitting in my closet and I will be meeting some of his friends from out of state for the first time. I want to look like the skinny woman they have seen in pictures, not the fat woman who just had a baby.

i am new to fatsecret and i was just wondering how i get the calories i burn in my exercise journal to show up. also is there anyway to get a points system for weight watchers in my food journal so i can see how many points i have used ina day?
