Oct. 10, 2012 Today I get serious! I start working with a personal trainer two days a week starting tonight and continue one yoga class and running 3 miles per week. The weekends will include some fun physical activity. I'll have to develop a healthier diet. My goal is to lose 16 lbs by Dec. 31st!
