HCG DIet
We could go on and on about this.... or we could assume that the people who make this choice are adults who have considered ALL the pros and cons of this diet. I made the choice to do the HCG homeopathic diet for myself. I did 30 days and lost 30 lbs. Maintained it for 6 weeks while introducing regular healthy foods back into my diet and now I'm doing another 30 days. Since I began, I've lost another 9 lbs. For me? This works! Rest assured this isn't the first diet I've tried. I'm a pro at losing weight as I'm sure all of you are! But if someone told you all the wrong reasons for your diet how do you think it would make you feel? It's really not much better than the telling the smoker they should quit. Truly.... they know.

So I wish Tomato Soul the best of luck. There are some good HCG groups on this website that will offer support. If you need a buddy, just let me know!!

Answering the big question: "how did you lose weight"
Wow ladies. I'm about two weeks in on my diet and I have to say thanks to each and every one of you for posting. All great ideas and all great motivators. I can't wait for people to ask me! Thanks!!!
