I've done good... I'm 1/4 of a pound down from last March. So, I weigh less than I did when I started this in 2012. I'm up fifteen from the summer, but, I know the life changes that have cause this gain.

The usually diet stuff is not working for me anymore... chalk it up to menopause or just me getting older and my body changing. I'm trying some new things:
Pix every week, in a specific dress - to visually see progress
Bella rocket every morning for breakfast smoothies - this has been good actually. I was at first worried, I would not be disciplined enough for this... but, it has almost been second nature to get the fruit cut up and in the cup for easy blending in the morning.
keeping a breakfast smoothie recipe journal page on Penzu - I will incorporate this into my blog at the end of the month to also show true weight loss.
my goal is no fast food this year, no Starbucks. 19 days into the year and so far so good. Eating dinner out; sit down dinner out is okay.
I've been very sick the last two weeks and unable to boost my workout.
I've added three new yoga poses: lift spirits, cheerful well being, and total balance.

I'm looking forward to seeing what real physical changes I see with the elimination in my everyday normal routine... and making the healthy changes the norm. I've got 25 days left in my goal frame and I'm looking forward to being able to see the results.

Well, with that stated. I'm off to bath and bed. I did not take my usual Sunday nap. HMMMM... could that hurt or help???
