Full of life and on top of the world! I have the most incredible man in my life, Kevin Davis! Between the two of us we have five beautiful children ranging from 14 to 24, and Kevin's Granddaughter. Between our J.O.B.'s, Kat's Total Pleasure Zone Home Parties, AVON and web biz we stay very busy! We squeeze every ounce of spare time to live life the way we dreamed it should be lived.

We found the secret to being happy... and when you talk to either of us, you will usually hear one if not both of us say "It's Way Too Easy To Be Happy!" When you have time and want to hear our story of how we started dating... ask... it is truly amazing... Life is too short ... be honest, love, cry, share, communicate, trust in the communication! Hug and kiss, tell the ones around you how much you love them everyday. EVERYDAY! To go thru life and never know love is a sad thought... To go thru life and be able to say "Yes, I have loved and know that I have been loved" there is an emotional satisfaction in that knowledge.

Daily Fiber Intake? How Much??
Does anyone have a clear answer on the recommended fiber intake for steady weight loss?

I've read a lot of information, but, not finding any two are saying the same thing.

Does it depend on the diet?
Does it depend on the current weight and the goal weight?
Does it depend on the age?
Male or Female?
