I'm 31 years-old and have struggled with weight pretty much my entire life.
At nearly 6', my body seems proportionate, but I know that I am not anywhere near where I need to be. I'd like to lose 55 pounds. That would only get me to 200 lbs, but, if I can get that goal, I can get anything.
I've recently started a biggest loser weight challenge with my best friend, and I really want us both to win. We weigh in each week, and are keeping track of our eating and exercise plans. I really hope I can use this site to help track my progress and get that extra motivation!
