Here are my thoughts. You're young, it would seem that you're fairly healthy. 120 pounds is not obese or overweight. I would check your BMI, if your BMI is in the healthy range then I would worry less about the number of pounds you lose and worry more about toning the body you do have. Try pilates or yoga to gain lean muscle. Also, cardio is great for everyone. Up the workouts, trade some bad foods for good foods (ie. if you're eating a lot of junk food, trade it for veg or fruit). It's not always about losing pounds, it's more about being healthy.

Getting healthy so I can become a mommy... you to ?
I'm losing weight for quite a few reasons but one of them is so that I can have a healthy pregnancy and baby. Because I just started, I really don't have any advice but I'd be interested in hearing what others may have to say.
