I am a 38 year old mother of 4 (3, 6, 9, and 17) and wife of 18 years to my sweet DH. We live on a farm in east TN mountains. I drive a LOT, as DH's current medical condition and medications does not allow him to drive. I also do a lot of waiting in dr. offices...
I have slowly gained weight over the past, well 17 years. With each kid, I gained more then never lost it. Now, with metabolism slowing down with age, and all the things I do that involve sitting to do nothing, I am just gaining.
So, I hope to loose an average of 1-2 pounds a week over the next... 80 weeks. Currently 207lbs (3-17-10), and would like to be 130lbs or a little less. I am 5"2' tall.
Joined several challenges to hopefully get me started on this journey to better health.
