I did not do well on the "don't pig out" diet, I think my mind felt the opposite way, but I'm back on track and I'm doing 3K training program, just completed Day 1 of Week 2 - so I'm not giving up.

I'm preparing for the water challenge starting today. Up to 48 ounces already and I know where all the bathrooms are in this office!! :)

My friend Julie sent me a note about this diet. I've been making excuses way too long and need to start doing something proactively and safely to get myself in a healthier weight. Good luck to me and all others.
