I'm once again starting the Atkins diet. I was successful with Atkins 9 years ago and kept off all the weight for close to 7 years. Unfortunately, I put on way too much weight when I got pregnant, and it seemed like I just kept putting it on after. I blame a mixture of bad eating, eating at the wrong time and pure laziness!

I started Atkins again 2 weeks ago and I'm already down 10 pounds and over 9 inches. I really want to get down to a healthy weight and maintain it again!

I was going to start Insanity for a workout program but who am I kidding? I'm nowhere ready for that yet! I started Hip hop abs 2 weeks ago and I'm enjoying getting some Cardio in and feel a bit better each day.
