My first day, could someone please review my diet calendar?
This is my first day on induction. I've been doing Paleo for a while, but find i need to be really strict if I want to lose weight, so I'm sort of combining the 2. I'm attempting to do Atkins with no processed foods or artificial sweeteners. So just wondering, now does my food journal look for today, am I doing it right?

Points vs. Calories
Yes, i've just started up again and noticed how anything with carbs is really high in points, so I'm trying to eat more protein. It looks like the majority of your carbs are from fruits and vegetables, so that's good. I noticed your rice dream in very high in carbs. Perhaps use unsweetened almond milk instead? And maybe instead of a carb for breakfast have protien. This morning i had scrambled egg whites with some spinach and grape tomatoes tossed in. Or if you're in a rush, just have some hardboiled eggs.
