Workout with no result?
I`m overweight and really need to lose weight. I`m 5 ft 7 in and 181 lb and I should lose about 35-40 lb. I don`t have a time limit but want to get rid of the extra weight by June or July. I`ve been jogging regularly for over a month, and no results, I run for 30 minutes each morning and 15 minutes in the evening. Why can`t I lose weight? Although I try to eat healthy, could my diet be the problem?

Hey, where can I find out more about low carb diets?
I`d like to start a diet and I was thinking about a low carb diet, maybe Atkins. Anyone who tried the Atkins that is willing to share some advice?

I need some fitness advice
I don`t need trainers and stuff like that. I need to lose about 20 pounds, as soon as possible. I need some advice from people who had the same problems and managed to lose weight. I want to start a fitness program and I would love some useful ideas. Thanks people! Exclamation

I’m a 35 year old woman and I hate cooking. How can I lose weight fast?
I’m a single 35 year old woman and I’ve gain a few pounds in the last three months. I have a date in two weeks and I need to lose some weight because I don’t feel so good about myself. Cooking is not my thing so I prefer eating out, but most of the times I don’t think much about my meal choice.
