Had a Bi-Lateral Pulmonary Embolism (PE) in March of 2008, while I was layed off from work. I was placed on Coumadin, a blood thinner, for the rest of my life. Between recovering from the PE,looking for work and the medication I was on, I have gained over 20 lbs of unwanted weight. I am limited to the quantity and types of vegetables I can eat. Most green leafy vegetables, which I used to eat a lot of, including broccoli work against my medication. After trying to lose the weight on my own, this was the best alternative for me; WEIGHT WATCHERS. I KNOW IT WORKS!!!! :-)

Made it safely out of Wal-Mart...
I love M&Ms too. I was doing some jogging and walking the other day and I went thru the train station and up on the platform. What do I see? There was an M&Ms vending machine sitting back to back with a Coca Cola machine. Double trouble. I looked, reflected and kept it movin.
