My name is Karla, I live in Riverside, CA. I'm a married with two kids, and I have been obese the majority of my life, don't let my picture fool you, i haven't been thin for very long, but I hope this will be the start to the rest of my life and I want the outside to show what is inside which is a healthy woman. Calorie counting is what I have been using, and it's been going good. It made me aware for what I'm consuming, I figured if it looked healthy then it was but since learning how to count calories, and all that mambo jumbo, it's been a great learning experience towrd being healthier.
I lost a total of 85 pounds, my mission is to lose my last 10 pounds but i rather lose 15, but i'm so not feeling it anymore. I've gotten lazy and lost my motivation so im hoping this site can help me get my mind right.
