still trying to figure out this site, it removes what I put in new, so just saying again that I am doing Atkins, the New Atkins for a New You. I started Sunday and the worst thing about it is I have to cook...lol...no more fast food for me. Its amazing what taking off the breads and sugars will do for the weight! I know I am carb sensitive and I am sure its because of alot of food allergies. I have never been tested, but every time I ate flour/starch, I would immediately stop up and then get phlemy...if that makes any sense to any of you.
Anyway, going good, not hungry, not craving anything, just cruising along...

well, had gotten on along time ago and now trying to fix my entries...I am or rather have just started the Atkins diet and my weight had changed for the worse before making this change. It went up to the tune of over 50...so, I am here now, looking forward to ONE DERLAND!
