If you have dogs walking them 1-2 times every day as pleasure is good. Get some strength training from machines, simple pushups (female style is fine), wall squats (google p90X wall squats), curl large cans of food. Bike, hike. Here is something very effective if you hate running like I do, do a run/jog interval set. Run for 100 yds then walk for 1/2 a mile, repeat. It burns up to 2x the cals. as regular aerobic or anaerobic exercise. Just do something every day.

Other ideas:

1. Jump rope
2. Jumping jacks
3. Core exercises (key) look up P90X AbRipper (pick one or two to start and do them 3x a week)
4. walk stairs

Just mix it up and do it as many days a week as you can. When you find something you love like walking dogs. Don't 'count' that as exercise and add something else that day. Eventually it all adds up and track it in Exercise tracker.

Get a cheap watch with a timer from walmart and pick how long you want to do something like 15 minutes and never stop at say 13 (taking breaks is ok, there is a stop/start button lol)... hit your goal. Make your goals obtainable!!!! I build confidence and enjoyment.

Good luck!

Weight Gain during the 2 Week Induction Period
For some yes. I would do a few simple but not so easy things:

1. Keep your protein/fat ratio at 3/1 or greater.
2. Stay away from bacon, sausage, hamburger ect.
3. Stay away from anything that has sugar alcohol in it. Typically in candy labelled as protein bars. The Atkins brand is a big offendor. I found sugar alcohol to hault my progress and create huge sugar cravings and I don't like sweets!
4. Don't eat after 6:30 - 7 (not easy at first). Have a chocalate protein drink by EAS Edge Carb Control or Atkins (Yes atkins did it right on the shake/drinks)... if you have a huge craving. Anything super high in protein and low in fat and carbs after 7 is ok. Not perfect but ok.
5. Engage in both strength and cardio workouts. Not just cardio alone.
10. Fish, fish, fish!!!!!!!
11. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL (THIS WAS HARD FOR ME TOO!, now it's easy)
12. Keep your calories within reason, they do matter a bit

Some products I highly endorse and used to loose 40 lbs quickly!

1. eas advantage edge carb control shake (Chocalate and Vanilla) (Sams)
2. Egg Beaters or eggs and egg whites
3. 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese in moderation
4. Jenny-o Extra Lean Turkey Breast. Zero Carbs very low fat
5. Chicken breast WITHOUT rib meat
6. Liquid Stevia (Not powdered stevia, nutrisweet, splenda or others tha contain carbs) Found at health food stores or online.
7. Fish oil as a supplement. Good fat in pill form. Helps burn fat
8. Alive vitamin in pill format (Fruit and veggie extract) one carb. Full day of fruits and veggie supply.
9. White Fish as much as possible. Salmon once in a while. (Sushi/rolls doesn't count dang it! Too many carbs).
10. Cabbott 75% Reduced Fat Cheddar (Walmart)

I have great satisfying meals. I get creative with spices etc.

Yes, Welcome! ...and you made it through on 20 carbs so don't consider it a failure! I had to adjust my diet to find that I simply can't have a high fat diet and loose weight. It is also the healthier way to go. The one knock on atkins by Dr's is that many people can loose weight eating pork skins, bacon, sausage, fatty meats and a lot of other fat unhealthy food. I am glad I couldn't!!!! My bloodwork and pressure has improved 1000%!

RDI
I have two pieces of advice:

1. Use this to calculate RDI (Use your goal weight)

http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm

2. My first thought is your fat intake is too high.

Calorie Breakdown:

Carbohydrate (5%) <-- Very good
Fat (75%) <-- Not so good
Protein (20%) <-- Too low due to the high fat %

Your protein and fat should be reversed. Bacon, Sausage, Salami and Red Meats should be once a week treat and not a regular part of your diet. Some people can get away with it for some reason. I failed my 1st go around because I was eating pork skins, tons of beef etc.

I want to say that you should be proud that you were able to stave off chips, breads etc. Don't think of this as time wasted.

I might (if I were you, which I am not) extend the period at which you stay below 20g of carbs and keep your fat below 60g. Turkey, eggs (egg beaters), chicken, fish, low fat cheese and EAS Edge Carb Control drinks (The chocalate is great for those who have cravings and no sugar alcohol!) saved me. I lost 40lbs of fat in 2 1/2 months.

You really are close to being on the right track. Find high protein, lower fat/carb foods you enjoy (yes, I know this can be hard).

Hints: Avoid alcohol and sugar alcohol (total different things) but both atkins killers.

Changing food values
I don't mean to be negative but a carl's junior burger!? You are putting complete crap into your body. On paper it looks good being "low carb" but it processed garbage loaded with bad fats and chemicals. It's not what Dr. Atkins was after when he craated this diet. Low carb is supposed to force you not to eat NON processed foods but now the food industry is manipulating numbers. No offense please!
