I grew up in a family that ate everything and ridiculed diets and exercise. Since becoming an adult, I've worked to undo a lot of the bad habits and lack of medical attention that I had throughout my childhood. My weight is my final and biggest battle yet. I'm in graduate school and I work full-time, so the low stress lifestyle is something I know nothing about at this point. I'm just looking for support and ideas on how to be the best me I can be.
