thanks for these postings. I've been considering the SB diet. I've cut out the junk and processed foods for the most part, but wasn't sure if I was getting enough fiber. I had also cut out flour products this week. I think I'll get the book. Keep up the good work. This seems to be doing great for you. good job!!! KayK

ARGH, way to slow. but at least going the right direction. It works out to 1 or 1 1/2 pounds a week.
