Over the last 7 years the waistline has expanded, the boobs are melons, the scale has tipped. Blood pressure can be high. Now is the time to try to beat the odds and lose some of this age-related weight by gaining back muscle and agility.

Three years ago I retired and started to play tennis on a team. I lost a few pounds (highest 163 down to 157) but my eating habits were sabotaging my progress. Last September my LDL was massive and Dr wanted to put me on pills. Not happening! So tried to jump start my weight loss. However, it was when I purchased a Fitbit Charge HR that everything changed. Bought it Dec 15 2015, initial weight 155. It showed me how much I wasn't moving. It showed me that the more you move the more you can eat (or not - not meaning weight loss). I chose .5 lb loss per week, my goal is always 10 lbs at a time. My LDL is down. Currently 134 lbs and looking and feeling good!
