Hello! I am 45 years old. 177# 5'3". I am a wife and a stay at home mother to a beautiful daughter. I need a major push! I have recently had a few surgeries that have made me non-ambulatory! I am miserable! In the last 2 weeks I have decided that even though I can not walk...I don't have to be overweight! I am an extremely fussy eater and have issues with texture, (yogurt is gross), I don't like fruit at all! I enjoy exercise! I LOVE to walk!
I just bought some weights and some resistance bands. I need beginner tips with exercises as well as motivation!
