Thank you. That is fantastic inspiration. I find that my problem is not that I don't know how to eat healthily and combine that with moving my arse but its just I want the motivation to do it day in day out. I loose a couple of kilos and then start to loose motivation after a week or two. My challenge is to keep this motivation running. They are the secrets that I need to find. I look forward to hearing from you.

need support, friends and direction...PLEASE HELP
just joined fat secret today, found it by accident really. I was actually looking for some quick trick weight loss tool once again and realised there is none out there for the millionth time. I dont know whats wrong with me, I have tried every trick in the book and the weight just doesn't budge, obviously i know that everything has to sync in together the majority of the time but i cant understand why i dont have the drive. I want to loose weight, i think about it all of the time i think how tremendous it would be to fit into nice clothes, to enjoy going shopping, to not feel self conscious at the beach, to not be embarrased when i am out for dinner and all the other things that come with being overweight, however, the motivation to do it and get it done for good just doesnt seem to be there i need serious help and i just dont even know where to start from anymore.
