Not sure where to begin. Just like everyone else I have my own story. Married with 3 children and now also blessed with 3 grandchildren that I love dearly. I worked at various jobs through out my life and the last one was my own business in which I had to close down due to health reasons. I was diagnosed with RA, and two other types of arthritis. But the specialist told me that it's the RA that is the worse of the 3. I was also told I have fibromyalgia in which I refuse to believe. I have to deal with enough pain without adding that to my list. LOL
Funny enough I always thought I was fat most of my life but in reality I wasn't as big as I am now. Time to get the weight off and find harmony with me and my body.

food on the brain
I just need to know if there is anyone out there that has the same problem I have " food on the brain" constantly. I mean it. It's there 24/7. I can just get done eating a big meal and I'm thinking what to eat next.

Maybe I'm just bored with my life now that our daughter's wedding is over. You see I was doing so well before and figured all the changes I've made I would just stick with it. But NO that's not happening. I have kept some of my better habits which is a good thing.

Not sure to blame it on my health. This time of year my pain level increases and my knee needs replaced. But let me tell you it sure doesn't hurt me to eat, until I get on the scales. LOL I guess a person can make up a 101 excuses why they eat what they do.

Hair loss and breakage
Hi...I must say I found these comments very interesting because I too have the same problem. I figured it was from the meds I take for my RA. Tried lots of different things but nothing seem to work. Never heard of biotin but willing to give it a try. I was told too that stress plays a big role in hair loss oh yes and age as well.

Looking for buddies for the long haul
Well hello sunrise. I would be more than happy to be your fatsecret buddy. I too have a lot of weight to loss but I'm just doing small goals. Maybe you can take me to Alaska with you. LOL Someday I will make it there. It's been on my bucket list for a while now. I'm heading to BC next week and hope to stay connected with this site while I'm there. Take care and keep in touch.

sweet ads???????
What's up with the rice crispy ad for chocolate caramel squares???? This is a sight that we are all trying to loss weight so why are they allowing those kind of ads. Things can be tough enough without reminders of the food we are trying to stay away from. Come on fatsecret don't do this to us.
