I could not believe the scale this morning, one of these days I will learn not to eat how I used to. I am feeling really tired and just yuck. Today starts a new day...and NO pop!

I lost focus for awhile, gained weight not sure how much until in the morning but my clothes are fitting pretty tight. Time to refocus for the summer clothes. I feel tired and bloated, i have to stop the diet pop, it has taken over. I don't remember the last time i even had a water. That is horrible!!!
