Stick with this website and you will be able to fit into that button up. This is by far the most helpful and interactive website I have been to re; weight lost. Oh and there is nothing wrong with curves, I would rather have curves than look like a pre teen boy, lol. Good Luck!

Smoking and dieting
Good luck with quitting smoking! It is a hard thing but totally worth it. It has been almost 2 yrs since I've quit and every so often I have to fight off the urge. I didn't gain any wait after quitting. I did get very irritable. Since quitting I have successfully convinced my sister, 2 friends and one of their husbands to quit. Good luck to you!

Vegitarian?
I have been following the Fat Smash diet, the 1rst phase is strictly vegetarian. Even if you don't want to do this particular diet plan you can still look up recipes under Fat smash on this website. I made a killer vegetarian chili the other night, yum, yum!
