Even with the bad eating on my days off, the number is still going down. I'm thrilled about that! Today has been a good day so far. I had my oatmeal as soon as I got up and only one cup of coffee. My water consumption is good and I made a healthy dinner for work. I feel great today!

Well yesterday was a bust. I started out good but at lunch it just collapsed. I had a bowl of cereal, the bad kind, in addition to my sandwiches. Then after dinner my husband had the munchies so I made cupcakes, and helped him eat them. I'm glad I hadn't planned on weighing myself today because it probably wouldn't have been pretty.
Today is off to a mediocre start, mostly because I woke up around 11am. It's lunchtime and I'm just having my coffee and a banana. I have a few things I want to organize around the house today in preparation for Christmas and the coming year, so my normal oatmeal will probably be a "lunch" meal in a couple of hours.
Dinner at mom's tonight, which means it's all about portion control since she rarely cooks ANYTHING in a healthy way.

I'm feeling pretty darn good today. I forced myself to make my breakfast this morning, oatmeal and a naner, and our dinner for work tonight is about to come out of the oven. I finally bought some salad fixings so I can get some veggies in my system. I'm going to try to lean away from the carbs, even the good ones, with dinner now. Oatmeal in the morning and the wheat bread I use for lunch is enough I think.
Also trying to get back to recording what I eat, even if it's bad. I know it helps to see the stats of what I'm eating right there in black and white. Thank God for the Calorie Counter! I don't spend a lot of time at home so having that ready to record on the go makes my life so much easier.
