How do you deal with the junk food cravings
I am the same way... I have more of a salt than a sweet tooth, thus chips are my downfall. I ve been doing ok as far as snacking goes although I just came back from days off and snacked alittle bit more than normal.
Do you like tomatoes? I keep cherry tomatoes in the crisper drawer and will grab a handful or an apple. That at least does raise the blood sugar more slowly (I think) and then take the hound out for a walk. Lots of Water. Its a struggle some days. I was keeping a block of cheese and slicing off a piece
