hello
hello, welcome to the site. I also started in January on the south beach diet. I have good and bad days following it. I have had success though so Ill still keep plugging along. I am from Pennsylvania where it is cold and snowing right now. I cant wait for the weather to get nicer so I can start walking outside again and not freeze. What is the temp in alaska?

starting phase 2
i have 2 days left of phase 1 and I am getting nervous about moving on to phase 2. I am looking forward to adding things back to my diet but I am afraid I wont do it correctly. Ive lost 7 pounds so far and I want the scale to continue to go down, I have been holding steady the last 3 days. I know I shouldnt weigh myself everyday but I just need to know. I am interested in the south beach protein breakfast bars. The box states they are for phase 2 and 3 but how do you incorporate them in? Is that all you eat for breakfast? Another question, I read where tomato soup is o k for phase 1, is there a certain sugar or carb per serving that is acceptable or does just plain old Campbells work????

hi, this is new to me, I am not really a computer person, but I thought it might be fun to talk to new people who are struggling with their weight like me. I just started following south beasch, phase 1, I am not hungry and I hope I can learn to eat the healthy things I should. I would like to know what other people following south beach eat for snacks other than cheese and nuts. any support would be appreciated.
