I'm a 30 year old man. I have the strangest work schedule so getting in a workout can be challenging. I work four, twelve hour days with a 1 hour drive back one way to my work. I'm trying to prove that you can have a family, work, play, entertain, diet, and train. It's not an impossibility, just a matter of drive.
I've been studying martial arts nearly all of my life and its one of my greatest loves. I enjoy resistance training.... but I just HATE doing cardio, but I do it anyway.
At the end of the day though I look forward to curling up on the couch to a good movie or a book.
P.S. I'm 6'4" tall or 193 cm tall for you that use the metric system.
