Eating Less than 1000 Calories everyday....
When i entry my food for the day and then i enter my excersize for the day how do i know how many calories i have eaten and how do i know how many i should be eating in a day.
One of my days as i have just started this week and i am over 1500 some days but for one of my days it says 900 so what is that all about because i watch what i eat and record everything so why is my number low for that day.

Hello Melissa, i am new to this as well, so i hope to keep in touch with everyone as i need the support, i do not gain weight but i do not loose it either and i need to loose at least 25 or more.
