third shift blues
I did night shift for 7 years - its really hard not to nibble try to have lots of healthy stuff right at hand - also try to stay up and not go to bed rigt after you eat - can you get up later - I tried to keep a "normal" schedule" I would get upi 2 hrs before work and stay up till about 10 am so i wasnt eating then going to bed - Good luck its really really rough
