I'm 30, live in Nebraska, and work at a software company. Like most people, I've struggled with weight and image issues. For me they are all tied up with health issues.
I'm getting back to the Paleo diet, although I'll allow myself some wiggle room. I would like to lose 20 pounds and get back in shape. I'm tired of feeling unhealthy and I want to enjoy some outdoor sports this summer.

Howdy! Hope things are going well for you so far. If the item is something that you eat often, you can pull it up under "most eaten" or "recently eaten" on your phone app. You can also save things as meals. If it's something not in the database, I believe you can enter it in. Smile

Hi Gary. Way to go on the weight loss so far. Smile Have you checked into water-aerobics or anything like that? We have a place here that even has a heated pool for it- my doctors suggested it when my joint pain killed me. Good luck!
