Cool Weight Calculator
http://www.thinnerself.com/files/calculator.htm

what I like about it is that it also gives you a "normal" weight for your age which is a little heavier but I think I'd look dead if I was as light as the regular calculators tell me I should weigh. lol

Diet-Guard
Well...I went to Walmart and looked at the guards for grinding your teeth to see if they would work and they all looked way too bulky to wear daily. Confused AND they were all compairable to the price of the DietGuard mouth piece.
So I decided to order one of the DietGuards and I recieved it really fast and made my mold and it's now been sent off to the lab that makes them.
I am super pumped to get it and try it out.
Mindless snacking has always been a real downfall for me so hopefully this tool will be a benefit to my diet.
I'll let ya'll know how it works!
Very Happy

Diet-Guard
Why couldn't you use the guards that are for grinding your teeth? You can pick those up in just about any pharmacy department and I think they would be MUCH cheaper.
I may just have to try it! lol
I've just been chewing gum but that can add up too.
