Note to self: don't burn out this time. Don't obsess about every calorie. Don't get bored. Allow for mistakes and days when things don't come together. Remind yourself that all of this is a slow process and just because you don't see immediate results doesn't mean that it's not working.

OMG I am sooooooo sleepy sitting here at my desk. I walk at lunch every day and I didn't get to today because I had to run errands. Big mistake. Note to self: save the errands for some other time and preserve the lunch walking schedule. Considering walking anyway and just working a little late. Dying for some M&Ms. Ate two tootsie rolls hoping to fill that need. Sigh...
