fatsally25...I love atkins! currently sitting here with a big bowl og sf jello with whipped cream...the cravings d go away after awhile...the key is to eat enough fat...mmmmm...bacon!

Need a buddy
Hi, I'm Julia..52, single...empty nest,,,self employed seamstress,,,full time minister,,,need to lose 40 pounds, my first goal is 20, I lost 42 in 2011, health changes , re-located...new life...gained almost all of it back.
I love atkins lifestyle, I just got really lazy. Been back almst one week...cravings pretty much gone!!

Stalling/Frustration
IMHO....you need to add more of a variety of veggies.. I looked at your food journal...eating a bunch of broccoli once a day is not what you need...try to look at some low carb veggies...salad greens, zucchini, summer squash, eggplant, green beans....incorporate these into your diet and you will see the difference!!
