I battle with binge eating and sugar addiction. When I avoid certain foods, white processed and sweets, I do well, but when I slip up, I have a very difficult time getting back on track.
I alternate from calorie counting to Weight Watcher's points counting. I count calories when I need to be more strict and I go back to WWs point counting with its zero point fruit and vegetables, when I'm struggling to stick to my daily range.
