What Are You Doing Different THIS Time?
Just as many of you guy, I've been yo-yoing for the last few years.
It seems that I am now on track again and I have lost around 4 kilos in about a month (Which is very good).
I know there is an historic thread on how often should we weight ourselves, but this is precisely what I've been doing different. I used to weight myself only once a week at the gym; now, after I bought an inexpensive bathroom scale, I weight myself every single day.
Yes, there are few days that I feel frustrated because I didn´t lose a pound, but that´s a good signal that I need to continue with this effort. Back when I did it on a weekly basis, it was even more discouraging.

Fiber
I recently tried flaxseed. The outcome was immediately positive (if you know what I mean...)

Where does it go?
Seriously, I have read some other posts and articles, but for me this remains as one of the biggest misteries in life.
I've been gaining and losing weight during my entire adult life, but it wasn´t until I got a digital scale and started to weight myself more frequently, that I realized how much our weight fluctuates.
Seriously again, how is it that we can gain/lose 2 pounds of weight overnight, do we actually spread 2 pounds of fat in our bed, or does 1 litter of water just evaporates or is absorbed overnight?.
