Awwweee, BIGG BIGG thankk you to you all.
I appreciate all the advices, i actually feel much better now.
You know i was laughing, because someone put up
dont eat white bread and i just finished eating it an hour ago lol.
Okayy so am going to start doing this and tell me if its not healty
