Trainer and founder of E.P.I.C. Fitness. I still work in medical sales, but fitness is my passion. We run boot camps in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Our camps consists of an comprehensive program that includes your own meal plan, complete fitness assessment, and customized workout routine depending on how days you can attend camp. Workouts include calisthenics, sandbags, fitness sliders, ropes, HIIT, boxing mitt work,etc. I have several fitness certs that from NASM, NESTA, and TFW.
