Hello, im jppiehl in 37 female, I live in MN. I used to be a great weight and look beautiful in high school and tech school but did not have the personality and confidence I do now so I never liked the way I look, now I have the confidence but weigh too much and dont look as great. boy I wish I could swap that! Well if I can loose the weight I can try harder on my looks and maybe I can get everything to match up. Thats my goal.

Low Carb
I'm not on a low carb diet but I am trying to cut out or lower my intake of all white foods which is mostly carbs out of my diet. I believe you still need to have good grains and low amounts of meat for a balanced diet. Everything in moderation. I have heard about Sensa does anyone think it really works? Does it change the taste of foods? Where is the most reliable but inexpensive way to buy it?
