Induction - not working like it used to.
Man, that is such a bummer about the bars and shakes. They definitely make my life much easier. I was surprised from my tracking yesterday that I was actually over the 20 net carbs. I thought I was doing great with the vegetables, but I guess I have to be careful with those as well, and I only had the one bar in the a.m. Well, I think I am going to cut out the sweetener (except for my one packet in the a.m.) and switch over to the heavy cream, see how that works and also better prepare for the mornings, so I don't have to rely on the bars for my breakfast. I will give that at try for the next week and see what difference if any that makes. Hopefully the tracking will be a help.

Induction - not working like it used to.
I am new to the site and found out about this website throught Atkins.com. Here is the quick version of my story. I actually started on Atkins on January 3rd. After the first two weeks of induction, I lost 4 pounds. After the next two weeks, staying on induction, I gained a half pound back. Bummed!!! I think by incorporating the Atkins bars into the diet, I messed up how my body was reacting to the Atkins. I also wasn't tracking anything and may have gone over carbs, but I thought I was doing fine. I am going to try to cut out the Sweet-n-Low and cut back on the half and half with my coffee and tea and see if that will help. Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts on this?
I have done Atkins in the past and it worked great, but gaining while still being in Induction is a real bummer for me.Sad
