Well, i made it. And have been under 190 for a over many weeks (5, 6 or more). Eating healthy, reducing portions and most importantly reducing/eliminating sugars; and no diet soft drink for the past 9 months. I have cheated maybe 5 times with soft drinks. I have dessert occassionly. But i just don't buy the stuff. It's not at the house so i don't have access to it.
