Hello!
Today is my first day here.
I have 55 lbs. to lose and my hope is that I can find my way back to healthy.
I'm a glass half full kinda person and try to always find the good in things.
Not any specific diet except keeping carbs to about 50 per day and watching the calorie mark.
Hoping to find some people that I can talk with about losing weight as my support system is pretty much non-existent.
Anybody out there?
