Hi all, my name is jo im 31 n have to fab kids. I've been counting cals since i had a gastric band in september and up to date (12/08/12) I have lost 99lb. I have been using my fitness pal but saw this app on phone and it looks better as it has recipies and more branded foods, ne way iv got another 2 stone to lose so hopefully this will help xxx

aaaarrrrgrgggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh fell off the wagon, oki time to start again, i really need to get a grip or im gonna put all my weight back on, a good kick ...
