Hi! I love Edemame. I put a handful of whole pods in the microwave for 20 or 30 seconds sprinkled with Bragg's Amino Acid (the best soy sauce). Then pop them out into my watering mouth!! Smile Keep napkin nearby.

Ditto the edemame!

Calories burned in the Sauna?
Divided By... I think you are over simplfying it. A sauna will cause you to burn calories but not anywhere close to a workout of the same duration; the benifits of a sauna complement a workout, it is not a replacement for them.
Basically, what happens during a sauna is your metabolism and pulse rates increase, and your extremities benefit from increased circulation. These and much more happen during strenuous exercise. A sauna will not put you in excellent physical condition nor cause you to lose noticable (fat) weight. But it does relax most people, increase blood flow to your skin and cause you to sweat which is a good thing. So technically you do burn more calories in high heat and humidity conditions (like a sauna or the desert) than sitting our your butt in an office chair. But don't use it as a weight loss tool.

My Wheelbarrow Workout - Family Fun
As a husband and father of 3 kids ages 7 to 3.5 it's a struggle finding time to workout without taking valuable time away from the family. Well I came up with a great exercise that's the trifecta of workouts.

I take my standard (clean) wheelbarrow, put a towel in the bottom and load 2 or 3 kids in it and go for a jog. Safety is key so the family rule is Daddy puts you in and takes you out. I load the little ones in back and the oldest up front; he hangs his feet over the edge.

The kids love it! They sing songs and tell me to "go faster" if I slow down too much (ugh!). If you can't jog then walk. And you won't be able to do it everyday--it's a tough workout. Use it to breakup the routine.

Benifits: 1) kids love it 2) I get quality time with the kids 3) I get a super workout! 4) and my wife gets some Mommy time by herself -- everyone wins!

Muscles: It will work your shoulders and back so keep that in mind and start slow; just going for a walk in a wheelbarrow will be "weird" enough to be fun for the kids.

Be safe,

Joe

Work Out times - input please?
Kittyglitter, is spot on. <---This is they way to go. I for one feel a big difference between 20 and 30 min. If the bike is boring but works try doing 10 min of high intensity on the bike then go for a 20 very brisk walk. The 10 min on the bike will get your body going and I bet you will enjoy the walk even more.
