Hi all! I am 32 with a year and a half sobriety under my belt. Well there is a bit more under that belt now since I have been sober. I guess I replaced my bad habits with food which has caused me to pack on 30lbs this past year. Feeling over weight has caused me to not want to leave the house and interact with anyone which isn't conducive to living a healthier life style. I finally had enough and decided to stop complaining and actually do something about it. So far I have lost 9lbs. I already feel better and am slowly sliding into my old clothes again. This site/app has been an enormous help. I haven't ever had to diet before and I wasn't sure where to being. So here I am!
