I'm a 36 yr old IT Administrator that's battled with weight for over 20 years. I've had 2 doctors recently suggest that I consider surgical options for losing the weight. I have refused to consider that an option and aim to prove to not only my doctor, but everyone else that I can do this the old fashioned way. WHO'S WITH ME!?

Fit Secret Improvements?
I agree that adding "new" items is kind of a pain. What I'd like to see aside from the supplement addition mentioned above, is a tracker for water intake and a field in the food entry form for time of day so that I could see trends in when I'm actually eating and share that information with my doctor, dietitian, etc. I think it'd also be nice be able to enter RDI values for protein, carbs, fat, sodium, etc. and not just calories. I think the calculated RDI value is out of whack too. I think if I followed that, I'd gain a bunch of weight.
